First 6 months 100% on-site(Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan & Insurgentes), then hybrid work model.We’re growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as aTalent Advisor.
This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You’ll also be part of aconsulting environment, which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.Requirements:
3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
Advanced English (required)
Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred)
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detailResponsibilities:
Personnel administration and incident tracking
Pre-payroll validation
Employee support and follow-up
