On behalf of NDA,SaaS sales platforms , SD Solutions is looking for a talented Support Specialist . You’ll play a key role in supporting existing customers by understanding their request and configuring their existing SaaS environment—helping to maintain their continuous success on the platform and smooth integration with their ERPs.
Your primary focus will be understanding the customer request, make changes to the back office configuration and interact with the customer to resolve issues. This role goes beyond just setting up existing features. You will learn to write custom scripts, troubleshoot challenges, and develop creative solutions that align with each business’s requirements. With the goal of graduating into an implementation specialist who takes ownership of implementing entire project.
