- Preferred bachelor's degree in Education, English, or other areas of studycompatible with Teaching.
- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience and a track record of mentoring kids.
- Ability to learn new skills and teaching methods.
- Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
