Job Description

Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is looking to hire for an entry level banking role, for their corporate office located in the downtown Toronto area.

Please note the following:

  • This is a back office role (processing/data entry) and NOT a branch or customer service role
  • This role is currently hybrid (4x a week in office) however eventually may transition into the office more frequently (as per banks discretion)
  • This is an entry level role - so the job duties and the pay rate will reflect accordingly.
  • Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reach out to branches to obtain missing documentation
  • Update and maintain customer account information
  • Review accounts and document findings in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Communicate with branch compliance officers to verify information
