What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute the EHS strategy aligned with corporate and site objectives.
- Translate the strategy into measurable tactical plans with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Integrate EHS as an enabler of operational excellence and sustainability.
- Design, standardize, and optimize critical EHS processes (compliance, audits, permits, risk management, waste, occupational health).
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis).
- Ensure the traceability, efficiency, and control of processes through indicators and dashboards.
- Establish a robust legal and corporate compliance model, anticipating regulatory changes.
- Define internal control and audit mechanisms that guarantee sustained compliance.
