Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea Indonesia) is currently looking for an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional with experience in electrical systems, maintenance operations, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related areas.
• Familiar with PLC systems, especially Mitsubishi & Omron.
• Understanding of electrical systems, components, and maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations (K3 Listrik).
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
