Event Project Manager - 1 Month Freelance

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Event Manager to support our Brand Experience team. This role involves assisting with managing on-site execution, and coordinating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll need to be adaptable, organized, and able to handle real-time problem-solving during live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and execution events and ensure smooth on-site operations
• Coordinate with Event Organizers (EO), vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in developing event schedules and operational checklists
• Communicate effectively with clients during event setup and execution
• Provide quick solutions to on-site issues as they arise
• Prepare event documentation and reports using PowerPoint, Word, and other tools
