Executive AssistantPositions in this banded class serve as staff/management assistants to highest-level.This position serve as the principal administrative and individualized support.Work ranges from office support assignments to performance of administrative duties involving decision-making and judgment.Work requires contact with Risk staff managers and other Bank executives within the organization.Activities:- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General/Senior Executive Manager- Reply to and formulate correspondence on behalf of the General/Senior Executive Manager- Use of Outlook/Office packages to produce and type documents- Routine letters prepared without manager's approval, more complex correspondence prepared for approval by manager- Diary management - meetings organised and diary invites managed- Meeting papers, agenda items and MI collated for meetings- All action items monitored as appropriate, advising manager of progress- Enquiries directed as app...
