Job Summary:

In this role, you will be required to participate in the planning, staffing, and budgeting of project expediting operations. You will distribute workload, monitor assignments, evaluate production schedules and progress, and develop procedures. You will contact suppliers, initiate follow-up, monitor quality, and prepare supplier evaluations. Your planning and problem solving will ensure expediting operations meet project needs.

Major Responsibilities:

• Operating with autonomy within procedures, guides and corporate tools of Expediting.
• Managing medium-to-high complexity supply orders and packages, with a direct impact on the project schedule.
• Executing post-award activation activities, ensuring tracking of manufacturing, inspection, submittals, and dispatch in accordance with the terms of the approved order and schedule, which includes liaising with suppliers for timely submission of engineering data...
