We are looking for experienced and professional car detailers / car wash operators to operate within our fully equipped car wash locations. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for motivated professionals who are comfortable combining technical skill with sales ability.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality car wash and detailing services
- Interior shampooing and deep cleaning
- Exterior washing, drying, and finishing
- Deliver consistent, professional results
- Actively upsell services and add-ons based on customer needs
- Explain services clearly and recommend upgrades (polish, ceramic, PPF, etc.)
- Maintain strong customer service and sales mindset
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional
