Job Description

DutiesPlease note that classes will be held in person. All normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; grading deferred exams and assignments; supervising TAs, holding regular office hours. Assignment rubrics and answer keys for exams should be prepared in advance, with copies submitted to the department prior to the end of the course. Minimum Qualifications Applicants’ research area and qualifications should be closely related to course material. Evidence of progress in the Ph.D. program. Demonstrated ability to design syllabus in accordance with department guidelines. Ability to coordinate multiple tutorials, lectures to large classes, explain a variety of methodologies to an undergraduate student body.
