FACTORY HEAD

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA)
• Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
• Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Manage plant financials such as budgets, purchasing, capital, etc. to meet/exceed business expectations.
• Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Leads new initiatives as assigned, includes productivity, efficiency and certification compliance
