Our Family Law client has a consistent and growing practice and are looking for a Lawyer with at least three years of experience working in Family Law to assist their clients. Offering an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience. Hybrid or mostly remote.

Offices in Toronto & Mississauga

Open to Lawyers in the GTA, Hamilton and Barrie

Needs to be able to carry their own files

Will have the support of a dedicated Law Clerk, or shared with another Lawyer

Needs to have strong knowledge of the Family Law Rules, the Divorce Act, the Family Law Act, the Children's Law Reform Act

Expected compensation range: $120,000 to $170,000 per year, based on experience
