What you will do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of functions in the operation of the Farm Equipment division in our Neerlandia, AB location. Core duties will include, but are not limited to:
Building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions to oversee and monitor client satisfaction levels, ensure customer issues are resolved, and identify areas for improvement.Leading customer relations by becoming the main point of contact for bins and augers.Partner with other internal departments as we look to best serve our customers.Build lasting relationships by understanding our customers' needs and business practices and offering creative solutions.Travel to customer sites offering solutions, providing complex support and knowledge of products, and deliveries of equipment.Maintain office records and cover daily transactions receiving/invoicing/etc....
