Project Overview

Located in the Espinar region of Cusco, Coroccohuayco is part of the extension plan for the operations of the current Antapaccay mine, one of the most important copper deposits in the country. The project consists of the development of the engineering and construction of the mine facilities around the new Coroccohuayco open pit that includes a primary crusher, a conveyor belt and the expansion of the Antapaccay and Tintaya concentrator plants, each of which includes the incorporation of a new ball mill, flotation cells, remilling mills, concentrate filters and energy transmission and distribution systems.
