Finance Manager (Cundinamarca)

Turner Townsend is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead financial control for Colombia and Peru. This role is responsible for the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, the regional month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and tax oversight across five countries, while partnering with country leaders and global finance.

This is a full-time position based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial accounting for the legal entity operations in Colombia and Peru, including managing accruals, deferrals, prepayments, taxes, and preparing related schedules for the balance sheet.
• Prepare and submit monthly management accounts (Profit Loss and Balance Sheet) along with supporting schedules as part of Group reporting requirements.
