What you’ll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all Financial Management and Auditing practices, and provide leadership in strategic planning, projections and goal setting for a $100+M retail operation.
You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for supporting the organization in financial leadership ensuring balanced growth and profitability strategies are planned, communicated and achieved.Oversee annual budget development, approval, financial reporting and year end.You will ensure financial management procedures are in place for all purchasing, capital expenditures, cash management, equity and insurance functions.You will ensure internal audits and loss prevention policies are adhered to.Oversee IT department.Why it matters:
