Global Leader in Physical Asset Management, Valuation, and Software Solutionsis seeking a highly specialized technical expert with a strong commercial vision for a newly created regional growth position.The primary objective is to lead the valuation strategy, oversee technical compliance for an established team, and manage key client relationships acrossMexico, USA, Argentina, and Ecuador.Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:Supervise and execute business, intangible, and biological asset valuations under local and international standards (NIF, IFRS, US GAAP).
Regulatory Compliance:LeadPurchase Price Allocation (PPA)projects,Impairment Tests, and financial reporting forM&Atransactions.
Team Management:Diagnose, train, and mentor a long-standing technical team, ensuring best-in-class accuracy and quality control.
