Responsibilities- Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs)
- Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
- Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
- Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.
- Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality.
