The Role
:We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a strong 4-star service and leadership experience to join our Restaurant service teams. Our top candidate will have a strong drive to succeed. They have exceptional motivational and organizational skills and thrive under pressure, allowing them to manage multiple priorities and projects. They will ensure that the team is working at optimum service levels to ensure that our guests’ needs are met. 

 Job duties:
Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our outlets.

Continuous development of the service team and ensuring a productive, well-maintained working environment.

You will achieve excellence by maintaining standard operating procedures and exceeding financial metrics.

Supervise and check standards of food quality and service delivery and providing continuous performance feedback.
