Job Purpose:
The Food Safety & HACCP Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving food safety and quality systems in efforts to meet or exceed regulatory and customer expectations regarding food safety and quality. This role is responsible for food safety activities within the operations.

Responsible for leading the Food Safety team, scheduling and managing monthly meetings, managing monthly inspections of facility and working with all departments to develop and verify corrective and preventative actions for any food safety issues identified during inspections.Responsible for food safety functions including maintenance of food safety systems (including Food Safety Plan), food safety forms, maintaining database on food safety activities, investigation of foreign material, and corrective actions.Validate in-process testing is completed in all areas to ensure food safety.Up...
