What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here. This will be accomplished by:
Being abreast about merchandise, make recommendations, resolve any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.Actively collaborating with the ‘Food Supervisor Training’ during/post onboarding to continuously train and develop the team and provide leadership to the team members and in assigning and managing their work and performance.Supervising and delegating employee’s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety procedures/ protocols as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.Responsible for quantity and quality availability of the stock and merchandise in a timely manner and inventory management.Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching.Assisting...
