1. **Job Summary** : Consolidation freight officer is responsible for pricing, consolidation and communications with external airlines, service providers and internal functions to arrange air shipments; conduct trouble shooting, etc.
2. **Job Duties** :
a) Communicate/consolidate booking requests with airlines based on customers' requirements (SOP).
b) Check and comply with the regulations of airlines and destinations when arranging shipments.
c) Leverage internal operations systems to complete customers' booking request with different functions.
d) Coordinate with the service providers such as trucking vendors, airport terminals, airline agents.
