Front Arena Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Front Arena Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams for the enhancement, support, and delivery of the Front Arena platform. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, optimizing trading workflows, and ensuring smooth front-to-back office operations across capital markets products. Key responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with Front Office traders, sales, risk, operations, finance, and IT stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Convert requirements into BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specs. Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions. 2. Front Arena Functional Support: Support daily operations of Front Arena. Troubleshoot trade capture, pricing, P&L, limits, positions, market data, and reporting issues.
