Front End Engineer (Hybrid) (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement software solutions that enhance the Homebase platform.

Empower front‑end teams to build and run better software.

Build tools that improve the front‑end developer experience.

Impact software architecture by evaluating emerging and existing technologies.

Proactively find and execute new initiatives and mentor junior software engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience with React.js preferred.
• English language proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and pull request workflow.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to compare various languages and frameworks objectively.
