Job Responsibilities
Modifying invoices as needed to include tax modifications, client specific data, agency information, etc.
Provide best in class customer service internally and externally that exceeds clients' expectations.
Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.
Develop relationships with other team members to improve the overall service level.
Participate in operational and accounting projects and functions as appointed by manager.
Communicate FROSCH's operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements.
