Manage overall production operations at the Mexico facility, optimize resource allocation, and ensure on‑time order delivery.

Develop capacity plans and production schedules, coordinating with supply chain management to reduce inventory costs.

Control and achieve key performance indicators including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.

Drive productivity improvements and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing and quality control.

Build production system capabilities and oversee employee training and development.

Proficient in Spanish for daily communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
