- Schedule: Rotativo (mañana, tarde, noche)
Responsibilities
- Follow hygiene, personal presentation, and safety standards.
- Ensure tables are correctly set with clean dishware and glassware.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of utensils, glassware, cutlery, tables, and general salon area.
- Present menu to clients and advise on dishes.
- Attend to clients cordially, monitoring their needs.
- Set up and dismantle restaurant service (breakfasts, lunches, dinners).
- Handle payments and receive cash for restaurant products.
- Collect, balance, and record daily cash register values.
- Monitor and request restocking of necessary supplies.
