Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee office facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with building management, security, and external vendors for office services and maintenance.
  • Handle contracts and service agreements with suppliers related to general affairs (e.g., cleaning, office equipment, catering, transportation).
  • Support employee welfare programs such as health & safety, workplace ergonomics, and staff events.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards on security, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Oversee asset management and inventory of non-production equipment.
  • Provide support for company events, CSR activities, and community engagement when required.
  • Assist in the implementation of cost-control measures for office services and facilities.
