YOUR CHALLENGESYou will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial leadership of the Western Region (BC & Alberta). This role aims to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and team engagement.
This role requires the successful candidate to reside in GVA. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company and region;
Oversee daily operations and ensure the quality of services and deliverables;
Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets;
