GENERAL SUPERVISOR-KILN & SPRAY

Under the direction of the Plant Manager P3, the successful candidate will supervise the operation of the tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, robotic and manual spray operations, and dry finishing. The role includes proper utilization of equipment and personnel to meet established production schedules within budget, as well as developing and recommending activities to improve productivity, quality, processing methods, and products.

• Direct the processing operations for Kilns and Spraying to meet established acceptance standards and engineering specifications in accordance with planned production schedules.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the production units against departmental objectives, cost standards, labor and expense budgets, and supply requirements; take corrective action or recommend activities to improve results.
