For this position, you will work in a hybrid model and be expected to be on site 3 days per week, combining in‑person collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely on selected days.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the field quality and reliability strategy for the Pacific cluster, ensuring a proactive approach to product performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the business.
• Drive the investigation, prioritization, and resolution of field quality issues by leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions that minimize recurrence and strengthen product quality performance.
• Oversee warranty‑related topics and support decisions that help optimize quality costs, reduce exposure, and improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the operation.
