Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable, detail‑oriented Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across Inspired’s schools in Mexico, spanning six or more legal entities. The role will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing and drive standardisation, governance and continuous improvement throughout the region. The Payroll Manager will serve as a key partner to HR, Finance and school leadership, supporting a growing, dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple legal entities in Mexico, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexican labour, tax and social security regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT).
• Manage submissions through SUA (IMSS), including hires, terminations and salary changes.
