Global Claims Operations Analyst - LatAm & US

Liberty Specialty Markets Latam is seeking a claims operations professional to enhance processes within our Surety Business Unit. The role involves mapping current claims processes, implementing digital solutions, and ensuring effective service delivery across Latin America and the U.S.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, a degree in a relevant field, and 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement. B2+ to C1 English proficiency is a must, with knowledge of Portuguese as a plus.
