  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across the United States and Latin America, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local market practices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and job leveling.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations for hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate benefits administration processes, including enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support.
