This role focuses on leading curriculum delivery, guiding childrens activities, and supporting ongoing teacher development. Student age range: 2 to 6 years old Approximately 20 classes per week, 25 minutes per class Class preparation and related planning work Carry out theme-based training for on-site foreign teachers Provide daily teaching guidance and continuously improve class content Maintain strong relationships with class members and their parents Position Overview The Lead Early Childhood Teacher will administer the curriculum, lead classroom and outdoor activities, assess child progress, and communicate daily with families. This role also includes decorating the classroom environment to meet program goals, supporting marketing events, and participating in teacher training when necessary.
