The Opportunity
As Guest Experience Manager in Whistler, your primary responsibility is to deliver a seamless, first-class Gibbons Guest Experience from pre-arrival through post-visit engagement. You will lead the Guest Experience team to ensure every guest interaction reflects The Gibbons Way while strengthening guest relationships, managing performance metrics, and enhancing brand loyalty across our Whistler hospitality venues.
