**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Service**

+ Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous service at all times.
+ Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
+ Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
+ Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests.

**Restaurant Operations**

+ Prepare restaurant and buffet setup before service hours.
+ Ensure tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, and buffet counters are clean and properly arranged.
+ Refill buffet items and maintain food presentation standards.
+ Clear and reset tables promptly during and after service.
+ Support breakfast operations as per Holiday Inn Express brand standards.

**Hygiene & Cleanliness**

+ Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, pantry, and service areas.
+ Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times....
