**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Service**

+ Welcome and greet guests warmly as per IHG service standards.
+ Ensure guests are attended to promptly and courteously.
+ Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve within standard timelines.
+ Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests.
+ Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints efficiently and politely.

**Restaurant Operations**

+ Set up restaurant, buffet, and service stations before operations.
+ Ensure tables, chairs, and service areas are clean and properly arranged.
+ Refill buffet items and maintain food presentation standards.
+ Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours.

**Hygiene & Safety**
