About Airtm
Airtm is building the global stablecoin wallet for digital entrepreneurs the place where people receive earnings, hold balances, convert value, and cash out across 40 markets. We serve 150K active users and process $1.5B in annual payments. Our enterprise partners rely on our rails to pay contractors across LATAM and Africa.
The role in one sentence
You own Airtm's BD pipeline end-to-end from sourcing deals to closing them and you build the systems that make the whole thing run without manual intervention.
What this isn't
This isn't a traditional sales role where you hand off to ops. You're expected to be the person who closes the deal AND builds the systems so the next one takes half the time. It's not a marketing role either you're accountable for revenue, not impressions.
