Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS and customized projects, ensuring strong control over timeline, budget, and scope while proactively managing risks and change. This role acts as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, ERP partners, and leadership, independently handling escalations and aligning expectations. Success means driving executive engagement, maintaining clear communication, and keeping stakeholders focused on delivering measurable business value.
