This position ensures to plan, lead, and execute Human Resources strategies that ensure the attraction, development, retention, and legal compliance of talent , aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives, organizational culture, and the labor market conditions of Chihuahua, Mexico.

Main Functions

• Control of Headcount according to the plant's annual budget.
• Develop and execute the annual Human Resources strategy
• Ensure compliance with legal provisions on Training and Labor Relations.
• Lead and mentor HR teams (recruitment, payroll, training)
• Carry out its activities in compliance with the Safety, Quality and Environmental systems established by the company.
