#StrongerTogether**Your Role & Responsibilities**:- Lead Corporate Internal Audit team of Americas (Mexico + Brazil: 3 people)- In liaison with the central team in Stuttgart, prepare, coordinate and lead audits in the field and remotely.
- Perform audits report quality reviews.
- Lead special audits.
- Staffing and administration (e.g. audits, special request like 2nd wave, special audits, vacation).
- Identify and lead internal projects.
- Education / Training of the CA employees (Skill transformation and knowledge structure).
- Continuous development of the audit processes in coordination with the process champions.
