-Job description**Role purpose**The role is to lead the Senior team at a country level as a direct report of the Regional Head of IWPB.Drive and expand profitable personal and business banking relationships.It oversees the consistent delivery of sale & servicing of financial service products, while also ensuring a seamless, consistent client experience across all channels.Delivery a true multi-channel distribution channel in line with the Group strategy and is accountable for the achievement of the country financial objectives.Maximize profitability through the execution of the define strategies and monitoring of the defined KPI ́s.While maximizing profitability through product penetration with an emphasis in the transformation of the bank from a transactional bank to a relationship-based bank.Maintaining and increasing market share will be the responsibility of IWPB through repositioning of our Wealth Business and a sustainable growth in our Retail Business.While reducing costs to ...
