As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will serve as the founder’s execution partner, translating vision into shipped product, market traction, and measurable outcomes. This is a founder-track role with full accountability for product, business execution, and growth.

You will own the entire product and go-to-market lifecycle, from UI and onboarding redesign to biometric coaching features, partnerships, launch strategy, and post-launch optimization. You will also ensure financial plans, budgets, and forecasts align tightly with the product roadmap. This role operates with high autonomy and minimal day-to-day founder involvement, acting essentially as a mini‑CEO expected to make decisions quickly and deliver results.
