Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across both domestic and international markets. Identify, approach, and secure long-term offtake agreements with international buyers and strategic customers. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, including utilities, traders, industrial clients, and other major biomass buyers. Monitor market trends, pricing movements, customer demand, and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making. Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning, supply readiness, and delivery alignment. Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, pricing strategy, and customer account development.
