We’re building something big — and we need someone who can own risk, fraud prevention, and data integrity from day one. As our Head of Verification, you will lead the identity validation and customer verification strategy within our credit flow. What you’ll do:

• Own and scale the verification strategy across the business
• Balance fraud prevention, data accuracy, and conversion speed
• Lead and develop a team through Team Leads
• Define verification rules, controls, and risk thresholds
• Analyze fraud patterns and continuously improve processes
• Partner closely with Operations to align growth and risk
