Health and Nutrition Officer

Job Summary

The Nutrition officer will be responsible for supporting health and nutrition activities at the field level, which include Management of acute malnutrition, MIYCAN, Management of small and nutritionally at risk infants under six,(MAMi), Integrated Case Management of Childhood illnesses, and social behavior change and communication. Other key deliverables include supporting capacity-building of VHTS, care group volunteers, health workers and district engagement. He / she will work closely with the WASH and Food security officers to ensure integration of multi sector activities. He/she will Supervise Daily implementation of activities and their contribution towards achieving desired project objectives and results.
