As a member of our Nursing care team, the Health Care Aide will demonstrate genuine interest and respect for our clients and utilize your knowledge, skills, and abilities to competently provide direct client care. Client care may include assisting clients with activities or daily living, treatments and treatment plans and other nursing team related activities. The Health Care Aide responsibilities include providing basic nursing care to resident as an unregulated worker under the supervision of t Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in accordance with the resident care plans, policies and procedures.
