Health Information Management Coordinator

Permanent Full-Time 37.5 hours/week Brampton Site Work Arrangement: 2 days on site, 3 days remote Replacement Position Compensation Range: $28.43-$33.22/hour Position Summary: ErinoakKids is looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our Health Records team.

The Health Information Management Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of patient health information in accordance with both internal policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.  The position is responsible for the daily management of the patient record including Release of Information, scanning, chart audits and enrollment to the ErinoakKids Connect Portal.
